§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeAs far as I am aware, no human blood plasma is imported into the United Kingdom by the National Health Service. Over the next three years the blood products laboratory will be redeveloped at a cost of £21 million. When completed the Laboratory will be of a size capable of making England and Wales self-sufficient in blood products.
