§ Mr. JoplingI have considered carefully the views that have been put to me about the future of the Humber laboratory. I have concluded that it would be a more efficient use of resources if the work currently undertaken at that laboratory were transferred to the parent Torry research station, Aberdeen. Arrangements are therefore being put in hand for the Humber laboratory to be closed by 1 July 1984.
