§ 24. Mr. David Marshallasked the Secretary of State for Scotland when he last met with the chairman of the Greater Glasgow Health Board to discuss the reorganisation of the Board's structure.
§ Mr. John MacKayThe chairman of Greater Glasgow health board was present at the meeting which I had with all chairmen on 8 November. Following that meeting, and with the concurrence of the chairmen, my right hon. Friend announced that he would be instructing all health boards to abolish their district level of management.
