Prisoners were held by the Metropolitan, City, Kent, Sussex, Essex, Thames Valley, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Warwickshire, West Midlands, Wiltshire and Avon and Somerset forces.
