§ Mr. StanleyAs the Secretary of State for Defence announced to the House on 11 November 1980, RAF Finningley is one of a number of collocated operating bases which would, on present plans, be shared with the United States air force in time of tension or war. The terms under which airfields are made available at collocated operating bases are confidential between Her Majesty's Government and the United States Government.
