§ Sir Brandon Rhys Williamsasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will publish figures for 1982–83 showing the percentages of income tax coming from tax units with incomes (a) below average earnings, (b) below one and a half times average earnings and (c) below twice average earnings.
