§ Mr. David Youngasked the Secretary of State for Social Services when a Minister from his Department next plans to visit Bolton; if the Minister will discuss in precise terms the future of (a) the new hospital in Bolton and (b) the help the Government are prepared to give to Bolton in view of the Black report; and when he expects to be able to announce the outcome of the discussions to be held during the visit.
§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeNo Health Minister in our Department has plans at present to visit Bolton.
