§ Mr. Arnoldasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, pursuant to the reply to the hon. Member for Hazel Grove of 4 November, Official Report, c. 483–4, concerning the grant-in-aid to the BBC external services, if he has any further breakdown available of the current expenditure supported by grant-in-aid and, in particular, any details of the amount attributable to wages and salaries.
