§ The Minister of State, Northern Ireland Office (The Earl of Mansfield)The provision relating to livestock worrying and attacks by dogs came into operation on 19th July, and it is hoped that all the other main provisions, including that relating to the £5 licence fee and the operation of district council control schemes, will be brought into force in December.
