  1. (i) in which Foreign and Commonwealth States (22 out of 125) Her Majesty's Envoys are Knights or Dames;
  2. (ii) which States (103) have not been so honoured; and
  3. (iii) which States (31) are those in which the United Kingdom has no resident representative at all.
