§ Mr. MacfarlaneNo. I know of only one such proposal, for a tour of Wales by a youth team. My hon. Friend the Minister of State, Welsh Office, with responsibility for sporting matters in Wales, has strongly urged the Welsh rugby union and the Welsh youth rugby union to cancel this visit.
