§ Mrs. FennerIn respect of the code on heather and grass burning, I refer the hon. Member to the answer I gave to his question on 18 November.—[Vol. 52, c.601–602.] The code of practice on straw and stubble burning is issued by the National Farmers Union, and my officials assist in its preparation.
