§ Mr. Wyn RobertsThe provision of day care for the under-fives is primarily the responsibility of county council social service departments. Nevertheless, for some years the Welsh Office has given substantial administration grants to two voluntary organisations, the Pre-School Playgroups Association and Mudiad Ysgolion Meithrin, which also make such provision in Wales.
