§ Mr. ChannonThe European cement industry is discussing with the Commission the possibility of antidumping action against imports of cement from a number of sources. My Department has given the United Kingdom industry help and advice in the preparation of this case. It is, however, for the Commission, in consultation with member states, to decide whether or not to accept a case for investigation.
