§ 52. Mr. Andrew MacKayasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will make a statement on the Government's future planning proposals for Berkshire.
§ Mr. MacfarlaneFuture planning in their area is, in the first instance, a matter for Berkshire county council, in the context of reviewing their structure plans. The county council would be expected to take into account all relevant considerations including guidance issued by my Department.
