§ Mr. John MacKayAt the meeting chaired by my hon. Friend the Under-Secretary of State for Health and Social Security on 8 November, to which I referred in my answer to my hon. Friend of 1 November—[Vol. 47, c. 357–58.]—the general terms of voluntary guidelines for retailers were agreed. Those who attended this meeting represented United Kingdom retailers' organisations and also manufacturers. I shall be drawing the guidelines to the attention of all relevant Scotland-based organisations to ask them to agree to their distribution to their members.
