§ Mr. Kilroy-Silkasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will seek to obtain and place in the Library the national instruction manual for gun-carrying policemen which is due to be issued by the Association of Chief Police Officers of England and Wales to all officers before the end of the year.
