§ Mr. Gareth Wardellasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will publish in the Official Report the name of the local authority referred to by the Under-Secretary of State for Wales on 7 November, Official Report, column 125, as seeking relief from the 50 per cent. threshold requirement since it wanted to use £1.5 million of housing money for a leisure industry.
