§ Mr. BrookeJanuary 1983 estimates for England indicate that 9 per cent. of the pupils in Catholic schools 107W live in the north, and 34 per cent. in the north west. In addition, nearly 8 per cent. live in the region known as Yorkshire and Humberside.
