§ Mr. BrookeRecommendations on the provision to be made in 1984–85 at the west midlands college of higher education and elsewhere in the local authority sector of higher education are shortly to be submitted to my right hon. Friend by the National Advisory Body for Local Authority Higher Education (NAB) — the body he established to advise him on such matters. Final decisions will be announced as soon as possible thereafter.
