§ Mr. MellorThe Criminal Law Revision Committee is carrying out its review of the law on sexual offences in two stages. I understand that the committee expects to produce its final report on the first stage—the law on sexual offences other than those relating to prostitution —early next year. It is not yet possible to say precisely when the final report on the other stage — the law relating to prostitution—will be available.
