§ Mr. HeseltineDuring my visit to the north west on 15 November I took the opportunity of seeing a number of development projects in Liverpool with which I was associated in my former capacity, including Stockbridge village, the international garden festival site, Albert dock and Minster Court. I was greatly heartened by the progress which has been achieved on everything I saw.
