§ The Solicitor-General for ScotlandMr. Donner died on 1 August 1980. A report was submitted to the procurator fiscal at Stranraer, who inquired into the cause and circumstances of the death and directed that an autopsy be carried out. Following receipt of the pathologist's report, which indicated that Mr. Donner died of severe viral pneumonia, a report was submitted to Crown counsel, who instructed that no further action be taken.
