§ Sir George YoungNo. My right hon. Friend does not regard the performance of Scunthorpe borough council in implementing the right to buy to be entirely satisfactory. The authority has therefore been asked to provide for the time being regular monthly returns on progress to my Department. We shall continue to monitor the position very closely.
