§ Mr. Norman Atkinsonasked the Secretary of State for Defence if, in view of Turkey's refusal to accept decisions of the United Nations, its military occupation of a Commonwealth country and other actions which offend the criteria agreed by Her Majesty's Government prior to the sale of arms to any country, he will not enter into any agreement to supply Sea Skua anti-ship missiles to Turkey.
§ Mr. LeeIt has been the consistent policy of this and previous Administrations not to discuss details of the sale of defence and defence-related equipment to other countries. All such sales are considered on a case by case basis with all relevant factors taken into account.
