§ Mrs. FennerThe requirements of section 22 of the Water Act 1973, as amended by section 48 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, will be observed in the consideration of this scheme, as they are with any other scheme for which grant under the Land Drainage Act 1976 is sought.
