§ Mr. John MacKayFollowing a meeting between the Fraserburgh harbour commissioners and officials of the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries for Scotland on 15 August the commissioners asked the Sea Fish Industry Authority to undertake an investment appraisal of their proposed development. Once the results are known, there will be further consultations with the commissioners before my right hon. Friend reaches a decision.
