§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsThe Government have already indicated that they will provide some additional financial assistance for farmers in the newly designated areas when the redefinition of the United Kingdom's less favoured areas has been agreed by the Council of Ministers. I have no proposals to anticipate this action.
