§ Mr. MacGregorThe Commission proposes that steps should be taken to stabilise the Community's imports of cereals substitutes, and of maize gluten feed and citrus pulp in particular. These materials are used by the livestock sector to the extent that, when, they are cheaper than alternative ingredients. Any restrictions on their availability are liable to have some adverse effect when relevant on feed costs.
