§ Mr. Norman LamontThis is one of the many issues considered in our review of regional policy. As my right hon. Friend explained in his answer to my hon. Friend the Member for Cornwall, South-East (Mr. Hicks), the Government intend shortly to publish a White Paper which will set out the framework of a new structure for regional industrial incentives.
