§ Mr. Andrew Bowdenasked the Secretary of State for Energy if, further to his answer to the hon. Member for Erewash (Mr. Rost), Official Report, 7 November, c. 13, he will place a copy of his response to the Energy Committee's report on energy conservation in buildings in the Library.
