§ Mr. Ralph Howellasked the Prime Minister what is the distribution of overall health expenditure in the United Kingdom for each English, Scottish and Welsh region and Northern Ireland in money terms and as a percentage of total United Kingdom expenditure; and if she will also show in money terms the amount spent per person in each region.
