§ Mr. Wyn RobertsThere has been a net growth of £8.1 million in the resources available to health authorities in Wales in 1983–84 compared with 1982–83. My right hon. Friend has not imposed any specific manpower reductions on authorities as a consequence of the July cash limit reductions.
