§ 35. Mr. Nichollsasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will take steps to ensure greater partnership between the voluntary and public sectors in providing help for families with young children.
§ Mr. NewtonThis Government attach great importance to co-operation between the voluntary and public sectors in all fields. There is close liaison between the Department and the major voluntary organisations working with children under five and their families and we are continually seeking new ways to promote this partnership.
