Member for Carrick, Cumnock and Doon Valley, Official Report, 3 November, c. 464, he will make a statement on his Department's policy towards those health authorities which are giving priority to health visiting to younger age groups rather than elderly people.
§ Mr. John PattenIt is for health authorities themselves to decide how to deploy the resources, including manpower, available to them to meet most effectively the needs of the local population.
