§ Mr. YoungerCompulsory registration of sales of heritable property under the Land Registration (Scotland) Act 1979 is currently in effect for the counties of Renfrew and Dunbarton; and will be extended to the county of Lanark from 3 January 1984. Up to 7 November 1983, 23,538 units of property had been so registered.
