§ Mr. Forthasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what administrative facilities are available to complainants aggrieved by decisions or actions of development corporations.
§ Sir George YoungIt is open to complainants to take matters up with the development corporation concerned and, if still aggrieved, with Ministers. In the latter case,94W Ministers would seek to satisfy themselves that the corporation had been acting reasonably and, if not so satisfied, would suggest to the corporation an appropriate line of action. Consideration is also being given to the possibility of bringing development corporations within the jurisdiction of the Commission for Local Administration for certain of their functions.
