§ Mr. Dalyellasked the Secretary of State for Defence if he will set out the terms of the cont suet or agreement between Mr. Allen Stein and the South Atlantic fund.
§ Mr. Stanley[pursuant to his answer, 31 October 1983,c. 306]: Whether or not there was any such contract or agreement is a matter for the trustees of the fund but I am informed by the trustees that there has been no such contract or agreement.
