§ Mr. Geoffrey Finsbergasked the Under-Secretary of State answering in respect of the Arts what was the total grant and the cash and percentage increase over the previous year made by the Minister for the Arts to (a) the Arts Council and (b) each separate body to which he gives a grant for the years 1978–79, 1979–80, 1982–83 and the estimated figures for 1983–84.
