(2) how many recipients of legal aid in divorce cases in Scotland had their maximum legal aid contribution increased as a result of an award of a capital payment in their favour, either by the court or in implement of a joint minute between the parties, in each of the financial years 1980–81, 1981–82 and 1982–83.
