§ Mr. Wrigglesworthasked the Attorney-General if he will prosecute Mr. Gerald Long for falsifying company records at Times Newspapers Ltd. contrary to the provisions of the Companies Acts.
§ The Attorney-GeneralNeither I nor the Director of Public Prosecutions is in possession of any evidence to suggest that any such offences have been committed and no report to that effect has been received. If the hon. Member has evidence that he believes discloses such offences perhaps he will write to me.
