§ Mr. Teddy Taylorasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what was the average annual increase in gross domestic product for the United Kingdom, the current members of the European Community, excluding the United Kingdom, and for the nations which formerly comprised the European Free Trade Association which did not join the EEC (a) in the period since the United Kingdom joined the European Economic Community and (b) in the years since 1963.
