§ Mr. WaddingtonThe dependencies do not have separate citizenships. The acquisition of British dependent: territories citizenship in a dependency is a matter for the authorities of that country. Entry to the United Kingdom for those subject to control under the Immigration Act: 1971 is governed by the published immigration rules—House of Commons Paper 169.
