§ Mr. HayhoeYes. The Council of Civil Service Unions has formally accepted the offer put to it on 31 March which its negotiating team had undertaken to recommend to constituent unions. The settlement, which covers the bulk of non-industrial civil servants, is worth on average 4.86 per cent.
