§ Q24. Mr. Teddy Taylorasked the Prime Minister if she will make a statement setting out the main priorities for decision at the meeting of the European Community Council of Heads of Government meeting in early June.
§ The Prime MinisterThe last meeting of the European Council in March concluded that the Heads of Government would reach decisions in June on the future financing of the Community, including the solution for 1983 and later of the budget problem. Other major subjects for discussion set out in the conclusions were: the enlargement negotiations, youth employment, energy, research and development policy, completion of the internal market and certain environmental questions.
