§ Mr. RifkindThe United Kingdom signed the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora on 3 March 1973. The signature was deemed to have included all the territories for whose foreign relations Her Majesty's Government was responsible. Hong Kong was included in Her Majesty's Government's ratification of the Convention on 2 August 1976.
