§ Mr. Greville Jannerasked the Minister for Trade how many applications have been made in each of the last six years to disqualify persons from acting as company directors under the provisions of section 9 of the Insolvency Act 1976.
§ Dr. Vaughan[pursuant to the reply, 11 May 1983, c. 293]: Since 1 October 1977, when section 9 of the Insolvency Act 1976 came into effect, the following numbers of applications have been made to the courts:
