§ Mr. Dewarasked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether, in view of the further details of the Scottish Home and Health Department Report, "Tape Recording of Police Interviews: Interim Report — The First 24 Months", published at page 158 in the March 1983 edition of the Criminal Law Review, he will reconsider his previous decision and place a copy of the report in the Library.
