§ Mr. HurdAfter the assassination in 1980 of three Libyans in Britain three members of the Libyan People's Bureau were asked to leave London. We have repeatedly emphasised that any further incident would be quite unacceptable and very damaging to our bilateral relations. My hon. and learned Friend the Minister for Health received assurances from the Libyan authorities in Tripoli in February.
