§ Mr. Parryasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what recent representations he has 324W made to the Government of E1 Salvador concerning missing persons and the repression of human rights in that country.
§ Mr. OnslowOn 23 March in London I expressed our concern over human rights abuses in E1 Salvador to the Salvadorean ambassador. This followed similar representations made by the British chargé d'affaires and a visiting Foreign and Commonwealth Office official to the authorities in San Salvador. A further approach was made to the Salvadorean embassy in London in April.
